Happy Birthday Titi

Last Tuesday was my sister's birthday but we celebrated it over the weekend since she lives out of town. On Friday, my mom, April and I took her out to a Jazz club and then we sang to her on Saturday. Preston has become really attached to Titi. It may be because he loves their dog Coco. Preston wanted to go home with them so bad, not sure why Titi didn't take him. Waiting to sing to Titi
Preston kept sticking the candles in the pie and then putting them in his mouth

THING 1 & THING 2

On Saturday, we went over to Titi Leigh and Uncle Kevin's house for Cousin Ashton's 2nd birthday. When Grandma was in Florida she bought the kids this shirts from When Horton hears a Who. They looked so cute as Thing 1 and Thing 2. Kaleigh and Ashton got shirts too but they forgot to wear theirs Thing 1

New Bike for Paige

Over the weekend, we had a garage sale at my parents house. On saturday, I decided to take the kids bikes with me to keep them occupied. Paige spent most of her time at one of the neighbors house and didn't really ride her bike. I started getting a lot of people interested in her bike and since she needed a new one anyway, I decided to sell it. While Paige was gone, someone came and bought it. In the meantime, Papa brought out a different bike to sell with a broken training wheel. When Paige decided to come back from across the street, she sat on what she thought was her bike. I told her that that was not her bike. She asked me where was hers and I told her I sold it. She said what and again I told her I sold it. You should have seen the look on her face and then she just broke down in tears and so did mommy. I really felt bad but I did tell her we were going to get her a new one. So yesterday, Paige and I got her new barbie bike with matching helmet. She still needs to get used to using the brakes since she can't touch the ground and almost crashed into a car in the Walmart parking lot. Here she is with her flashing new barbie bike. This is actually her birthday present which is not until September. She didn't like that idea and daddy thinks mommy isn't going to follow that idea either.

Pooped Out

After a very long and nap free weekend, Paige was waiting for me to get her ready for bed. I was downstairs with Preston and she had asked to watch a movie, usually when this happens, Paige goes up and down the stairs at least five times, checking in on us and patiently waiting. Well, this time Geoff and I were really surprised because she did not come down for at least 10 min or so. So when I put Preston to bed, I told Geoff that she probably fell asleep and of course she had. She didn't even make it into the bed. She was pooped after a very long weekend.

Fun at Easton

Geoff's mom recently went to Florida with Geoff's sister so I got to stay home with the kids. I decided to take the kids to Easton for some free water fun. The kids loved it. Easton now offers towels to use, juice boxes, and some balls and other toys. Preston had more fun disrupting the people eating at Brio and of course Paige just ran through the water.

The Wii

Geoff and I celebrated our five year anniversary last Saturday. It has gone by so fast. I wasn't sure what to get him so I decided on the Wii or the Wheat as Paige calls it. The look on Paige's face when Geoff told her I brought one for him was priceless. She was so excited. Since I had to order it online, she had to wait. The waiting game was very hard for her. It finally arrived on Tuesday night. The first night we bowled and she really liked it. She loved hitting the people in the bowling alley. She didn't get to play last night but Geoff and I did. We golfed which was fun too. Below are some pictures of her in action.

Dress up

Preston and Paige love to dress up, By either wearing mine or Geoff's shoes and hats and sometimes even carrying my purses. Paige even did Preston makeup the other day. I know Geoff doesn't think it's funny but I think it's cute
